Obernheim

Now just up the road a scant 2 kilometers is Obernheim.  I drive through it everyday to take Brenda to work and to leave the area for just about everything else.  Although, it isn't the only way out it is the most direct.  The striking thing about Obernheim is the church.  As you can see from the pictures I took it towers over everything there.  Obernheim has a population of about 1500 and I think that probably everyone in town could attend at the same time.
Note the car parked partway up on the sidewalk.  Etiquette would have you pause behind it were a vehicle coming up the other way.  It really gets tight when there are cars parked as such on both sides at once.  When that happens you will, of course, meet a bus coming toward you.

Our Sunday.  More places are opening up on Sunday and more sporting events. They are trying to get the football leagues not to play on Sunday till after 5:30 PM.  I really don't know how that's going.
That's Obernheim

Like in the Movie Poltergist - "We're Back!"

There was little to finish up on with our visit to Heidelberg. Here are a few pictures left before we depart that part of Germany.
This is the Rose Hotel
A definite cut above the Army room we were in at the beginning.

Once we got parked in there I didn't want to leave.  It was tight.
